On Saturday and Sunday, January 1<sup>st<\/sup> and 2<sup>nd<\/sup>, 2011, members of the Second Brigade will be assembling in Bushnell, Florida.\u00a0 Fleet members are also welcome.\u00a0 The \u201cParade Field\u201d will be at 1477 County Road 652A, Bushnell, Florida.\u00a0 Registration will begin at 8:00 am on Saturday at the parade field, and will continue until 8:00 pm.\u00a0 Saturday afternoon, an Honor Detail will be making a visit to Florida National Cemetery, 6502 Southwest 102<sup>nd<\/sup> Avenue, Bushnell.\u00a0 All personnel, Marines and Fleet, are welcome to participate in the Honor Detail.\u00a0 Sunday morning, all attendees will be attending the annual Dade Battlefield Reenactment at Dade Battlefield State Historic Site, 7200 County Road 603, and Bushnell.\u00a0 The reenactment will cost $7.00 per person.\u00a0 After the reenactment, the Brigade members and their guests will be gathering at a local restaurant for the Second Brigade Dine-In.\u00a0 Dinner will cost approximately $10.00, paid at the restaurant.\u00a0 Reservations for the Brigade Dine-In are requested as soon as possible.\u00a0 Arrangements have been made for anyone who needs lodging.\u00a0 A block of rooms have been reserved at Rodeway Inn, 2224 West County Road 48, Bushnell, for the nights of December 31<sup>st<\/sup> (for those who wish to arrive early), January 1<sup>st<\/sup> and January 2<sup>nd<\/sup>.\u00a0 We have been granted a discounted rate of $49.00 plus tax per night.\u00a0 The Roadway Inn is near the Intersection of Interstate 75 and County Road 48.\u00a0 All rooms have WiFi and most rooms have a mini-refrigerator and a microwave.\u00a0 The motel has a pool.\u00a0 Anyone wanting reservations needs to contact Manny or Neeta at Rodeway Inn.\u00a0 The telephone number is 352-793-5010.\u00a0 Mention \u201cSecond Brigade\u201d and\/or \u201cSTARFLEET Marine Corps\u201d to receive the discounted rate.\u00a0 For Brigade Dine-In reservations and\/or questions, contact Colonel Bryan Jones, the Local Commander, at <a href=\"mailto:rustyanchor1962@yahoo.com\">rustyanchor1962@yahoo.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Second Brigade \u201cMassing of the Brigade\u201d \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Second Brigade, STARFLEET Marine Corps will be starting 2011 will a bang.\u00a0 Second Brigade consists of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Islands.
