A very good paper Angela – well done.\u00a0 A couple of your questions could have been fleshed out with a touch more detail (especially 4(b) which did not really describe the essence of a\u00a0 manager but more that of a deputy ). Not quite a Distinction but well worth the Honors grade you have receieved marked at 98%.
