Having given this matter much consideration, I hereby appoint Lieutenant General Sunnie Planthold to the position of 02 Battalion, Officer-In-Charge, with all the rights, privileges, and responsibilities that this position entails. You are instructed to proceed, with all due diligence and alacrity, to 2nd Battalion Headquarters and assume your post.
