In accordance with the SFMC Policies and Procedures Manual, it is confirmed that,  General Barbara Paul has just consented to the assignment of 3rd Battalion Commander. has applied for, and has met the specified requirements of, the position of Battalion OIC.  Having given this matter much consideration, I hereby appoint General Barbara Paul to the position of 03 Battlion, Officer-In-Charge, with all the rights, privileges, and responsibilities that this position entails.  You are instructed to proceed, with all due diligence and alacrity, to 3rd Battalion Headquarters and assume your post.
