The following staff members are suggested as key staff members for the Second Brigade.

Administration (S1)

This officer, and his/her staff, is responsible for handling the day to day administrative needs of the Brigade payroll, personnel transfers, promotions, awards, responsible for cadets awards, etc.) and reports directly to the Brigade OIC. In the Second Brigade, the Deputy Officer in Charge (DOIC) serves as S1.

Intelligence (S2)

This officer, and his/her staff, is responsible for handling the day to day intelligence needs of the Brigade (maps, briefings, research, etc..) and reports directly to the Brigade OIC

Training and Operations (S3)

Duties of Operation (S3)

This officer, and his/her staff, is responsible for handling the day to day operational needs of the Brigade to make sure that the Brigade is mission ready at all times. And will extend his/her duties too summit
muster including awards. He/she can appoint another marine too assist.

Duties of Training S3

This officer, and his/her staff, is responsible for handling the day to day training needs of the Brigade to make sure that the Brigade is mission ready at all times.

Logistics (S4)

This officer, and his/her staff, is responsible for handling the day to day logistical needs of the unit (supplies, vehicles, movement orders, ammunition supplies, etc. and reports directly to the Brigade OIC.

BDE SGM (S5)

The Brigade Sergeant Major is the SNCO in charge of the non-commission of the entire brigade within the channel. He/she is too form a NCO Channel between the Brigades and strike groups. To formulating a plan to organized non-commission officers from the strike groups and bringing back to brigades their ideas or suggestions.

BDE Adjutant

Adjutant is a military rank or appointment In some military units in most cases is an officer who assists senior officers of a Brigade/Division. Adjutant is a staff officer, who assists the commanding officer of a division/brigade/battalion.

In Starfleet Marines Corp, an in Aerospace squadrons, the adjutant is often the officer-in-charge (OIC) of the administrative units attached too the marine strike groups.

BDE Chaplain

The Chaplain Corps of the Second Brigade consists of clergy who are commissioned in Starfleet. Their principal purpose is to “promote the spiritual, religious, moral, and personal well-being of the members of Chaplain StarLab,” which includes the Fleet/Marines.
