In accordance with the SFMC Policies and Procedures Manual, it is confirmed that, Major Douglas Reagan PhD, has just consented to the assignment of 2^nd Deputy Battalion Commander. Having given this matter much consideration, I hereby appoint to the position of 02 Deputy Battalion, Officer-In-Charge, with all the rights, privileges, and responsibilities that this position entails.  You are instructed to proceed, with all due diligence and alacrity, to 2^nd Battalion Headquarters and assume your post.
