In accordance with the SFMC Policies and Procedures Manual, it is confirmed that, BGEN Larry K Morris, has just consented to the assignment of 4^th Battalion Commander. Having given this matter much consideration, I hereby appoint BGEN Larry K Morris to the position of 04 Battalion, Officer-In-Charge, with all the rights, privileges, and responsibilities that this position entails.  You are instructed to proceed, with all due diligence and alacrity, to 4^th Battalion Headquarters and assume your post.
