In accordance with the SFMC Policies and Procedures Manual, it is confirmed that, Brigadier Mary Ann Morris, has just consented to the assignment of Deputy 4th Battalion Commander. Having given this matter much consideration, I hereby appoint Brigadier Mary Ann Morris to the position of 04 Battalion, Deputy Officer-In-Charge, with all the rights, privileges, and responsibilities that this position entails. You are instructed to proceed, with all due diligence and alacrity, to 4th Battalion Headquarters and assume your post.
