Greetings all!

As I said this morning, the SFMC Color Guard manual will be out later
this year. However since it was snowed like crazy here and the crews
hadn’t plowed my street this morning I decided to dust off the manual in
question and do a little work on it. So I am pleased to announce that
the SFMC Color Guard Manual is now available for download from both the
SFMC and SFMCA sites!

I want too announce a change in the Command Structure of the 4th Battalion
 
Commodore Larry Morris, has done a excellent job as running the 4th Battalion. Thank You Larry Morris form your Brigade Commander.
 
I want too announce his replacement MCapt Paul Rikard. He will assume the position for a time until we fine someone form that area. I prefer someone that is from MIssissippi.

Congradualtion Lt Colonel Angela Lewis on passing PD-20. Statement below from the Director.

A very good paper Angela – well done.  A couple of your questions could have been fleshed out with a touch more detail (especially 4(b) which did not really describe the essence of a  manager but more that of a deputy ). Not quite a Distinction but well worth the Honors grade you have receieved marked at 98%.
